The launch list

LotCorral collects the email address you submit and, if provided, your preferred vehicle type and budget. We use these details to manage the launch list, understand shopper interests, and send the launch updates you requested.

Vehicle inquiries

When you send an inquiry, LotCorral collects your name, email, optional phone number, message, consent record, submission time, and the minimum vehicle and dealership identifiers needed to handle your request. Inquiries go to LotCorral first. With your form consent, LotCorral may contact you and share your inquiry and contact details with the named dealership to respond to your request. Inquiries are not automatically delivered to dealerships and do not subscribe you to marketing. Authorized owners can see the saved inquiry. An owner notification through Resend to Anthony@lotlookout.com includes the vehicle/dealership reference and a protected inbox link, excluding shopper contact details and message text. Owner test inquiries are labeled separately. Contact anthony@lotlookout.com to request deletion. We retain inquiries only as long as needed for follow-up, support and required records.

Your choices

Joining is optional. We do not sell launch-list information or share it with dealerships for marketing. To unsubscribe or request deletion, reply to any launch update. You can also contact anthony@lotlookout.com.

Storage and service providers

Signup information is stored using our website hosting and database providers. We use Resend to send signup confirmations; it processes the recipient email address, message content and delivery information. Replies go to anthony@lotlookout.com, hosted by Porkbun. Authorized site administrators can access the launch list. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the site. We use first-party traffic measurements on public content pages: page views, a coarse traffic channel (such as search or social), and a random browser-session identifier. The identifier is stored in session storage for the current tab and calendar day; it is not a cross-site advertising identifier. We do not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs or marketing query strings in our analytics database. We retain these traffic records for up to 90 days and skip traffic measurement when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Browser settings, reloads and automated traffic can affect the counts. We also measure vehicle-card impressions, detail opens and outbound dealership website clicks, attributed to a dealership and vehicle listing identifier. We store these interaction records for up to 90 days, separate owner preview tests from shopper activity, and honor the same privacy signals. These events contain no shopper contact details and are not inquiries or confirmed calls. We do not retain inventory snapshots in this analytics system. To limit abuse, we use short-lived, keyed hashes of request network addresses in rate counters; raw IP addresses are not stored in these counters. Search usage totals are retained to enforce the trial allowance. These operational controls do not depend on analytics consent. This site does not use advertising trackers.

We retain launch-list information until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for launch communications. We may update this notice as the service develops. Vehicle search is available in a limited public trial. Saved searches and price alerts are not available yet.
